Delivery & Returns
Orders are dispatched following the successful processing of your bank payment and address details. This process which ensures your safety and ours against credit card fraud, can take up to 24hrs after you have placed your order, but we will send you an email immediately notifying you that your order has been shipped. Orders are shipped within 1-2 working days, however we cannot give an exact time of delivery. If for any reason we are unable to deliver the goods within 14 days of your order then we will notify you and if desired the order can be cancelled and a full refund issued to the original method of payment.
RETURNS & REFUNDS PROTOCOL
At Vanessa London we believe all of our goods should meet the high standards of our customers, so if you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, we are happy to refund unworn, full priced items within 28 days. Sale items within 14 days (from the day the goods were delivered to you).
Please notify us by email at vanessa@vanessalondon.com stating that you wish to return the items. Please include your order number and reason for return.
Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 3 working days of receipt. Funds may take a further 5 working days to appear in your account.
We have provided a ‘return to shop’ option or you can return by post in the original packaging Tracked & Signed service via Royal Mail to the following address which is our flagship store:

Once Vanessa London is upon receipt of the unworn returned item a full refund will be processed.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we offer to refund on any full price goods that are unused and returned in a resalable condition in the original packaging.
Purchases made online: Unworn, non-sale products purchased between 1st November 2020 and 25th December 2020 can be returned up to 31st January 2021. Purchases made outside of this period can be returned up to 28 days from the day received and 14 days in the case of sale purchases.
Purchases made in-store: Unworn products purchased between 1st October 2020 and 25th December 2020 can be returned up to 31st January 2021. Purchases made outside of this period can be returned up to 28 days.
As a customer based in the EU, you have a right to cancel your entire order with us under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 providing you give us written notification any time after the order has been placed, up to 14 working days from the day you received your order.

• Your notification must specify that you wish to cancel the entire order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
• We will refund your original order in full, including any postage paid, within 14 days of the entire order being back in our possession or (if earlier) evidence being provided confirming the order has been returned.
• You are responsible for any shipping costs and insurance. Should we incur any shipping costs in the return of any items these costs will be deducted from the refund.
• We cannot accept responsibility for goods that are lost or damaged in transit.

Exchanges
There is no charge to exchange an item(s) for a different size and delivery will be free for the exchange, however this will be determined by stock availability.
Refunds
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment less postage costs. Please allow 10 working days for the credit to reach your account. In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on Earrings, unless they are faulty. Please also note that items must be returned with all of the original packaging/barcode/tags/labels intact.
